Coffer is made by Aeyar Studio ("we", "us"). Coffer is a subscription tracker built to be private by design. This policy explains, in plain language, what happens to your information when you use the app. The short version: we do not have accounts, we do not run analytics, and we never see your subscription data.
Coffer has no login and no user accounts. You do not give us your name, email, or any personal details to use the app. We do not ask for and do not receive that information.
The subscriptions you add (names, amounts, billing dates, notes, and similar) are stored locally on your device. If you turn on iCloud sync, that data is backed up to your own private iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit, so it can move between your devices and return if you get a new phone. This data lives in your iCloud account, under your control. We cannot access it, and it never reaches our servers.
Coffer Pro is sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Payments are processed by Apple, not by us. To manage your subscription status (for example, to know whether Pro is active or restored), we use RevenueCat. RevenueCat receives purchase events and a randomly generated, anonymous identifier for your installation, along with basic device and transaction details. It does not receive your name or email. Coffer contains no third-party analytics, no advertising, and no tracking SDKs. We do not build a profile of you and we do not sell or share data with anyone.
To work well, the app occasionally fetches public information. None of these requests include your personal or subscription data:
Renewal and trial reminders are scheduled and delivered locally on your device by iOS. We do not run a server that sends you notifications, and the content of your reminders is not transmitted to us.
You can delete any subscription inside the app, and you can export your data to a file at any time. Deleting the app removes its local data from your device. If you used iCloud sync, you can also remove the data from your iCloud storage in your device settings.
Coffer is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and post the new version here. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
