These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Coffer, an iOS app made by Aeyar Studio ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Coffer, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Coffer on devices you own or control, for your personal use, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.
Coffer is free to download and lets you track a limited number of subscriptions. Coffer Pro unlocks the full app and is offered as:
Prices are shown in the app in your local currency and may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends, at the price of the plan you selected. You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your Apple Account settings on your device (Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions) after purchase.
If your plan includes a free trial, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins and your Apple Account is charged for the first paid period.
Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their policies, and we are not able to process refunds directly. You can request a refund through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Coffer is a personal tool for tracking subscriptions. Prefilled prices are suggestions you can edit, and all figures are for your own reference. Coffer does not provide financial, investment, or tax advice, and you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
Coffer is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any reliance on the figures it displays.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date above. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
